We are delighted to announce the Hybrid Conference on AI-MATH with the subject Artificial Intelligence for Mathematics and Mathematics for Artificial Intelligence. This aims to bring together experts to explore the intricate relationship between mathematics and artificial intelligence, and how these fields mutually enrich one another. Unfortunately, this year, we do not have financial support to cover the local costs of in-person participants. At this conference, we have one minicourse for the audience before launch time and lectures from invited speakers together with a series of 20-minute talks. Using the different branches of Mathematics in AI such as Linear algebra and Graph theory, etc, and reciprocally, applications of AI in Arithmetic, Algebraic, and Geometric problems as well as Cryptography, and Coding Theory can be considered topics of talk.

Conference Highlight:

Minicourse: During the conference, we have one minicourse which will be delivered by 

Professor Tony Shaska, Department of Mathematics, Oakland University, MI, USA.

Title:  Arithmetic in the moduli space of algebraic curves

Abstract: Studying arithmetic properties of the moduli space of algebraic curves is a classical problem with many implications in arithmetic geometry and applications to cryptography. We explore how to use methods of deep learning to better understand the rational points of the moduli space. Several examples of such methods, from the moduli space of genus two curves, will be described in detail illustrating our approach. The talk will be accessible to a general audience.
